The Mystery Blogger Award | Thoughts On Peanut Butter & Does Ice-Cream Belong In A Cup Or Cone?

Thank you so much Arabella for allowing me to take part in this tag (even though I wasn’t nominated, I just wanted to answer the questions haha). If you are not familiar with the blog Sparks Of Ara, please check it out after reading this post. She posts a wide range of content and always interacts with her followers.

  1. Put the award logo/image on your blog.
  2. Thank whoever nominated you and provide a link to their blog.

  4. Answer the 5 questions you were asked.
  5. Tell your readers 3 things about yourself.
  6. Nominate 10-20 people.

  9. Share a link to your best post(s)

Arabella’s Questions

  1. What are your top girl and boy names?

Grace, Alexandra and Phoebe for a girl then Sam, Tom and Noah for a boy (I know they’re basic, but I just love those names!)

  1. If you could speak, read, and write any language fluently, what language would you choose?

At the moment I’m learning French, and one day I hope to be completely fluent in it. However Spanish would also be good as it is such a widely spoken language!

  1. What are your thoughts on peanut butter?

I love peanut butter, but I rarely have it because of the palm oil in it. As a treat I might buy the sustainable peanut butter but it costs too much to have in a weekly shop! I generally use peanut butter on toast or in baking. Unfortunately I don’t understand the hype of PBNJ. It’s just too chewy for me.

  1. Do you prefer ice cream in a cup or cone?

This quite an interesting one! I used to never eat the cone however now I love it. It’s also better for the planet than having a cup with a plastic spoon. Waffle cones are overpriced but they’re certainly by favourite. What about you?

  1. Favourite meal food?

I’m not sure I entirely understand this question, but I love soup!  It’s a great meal to use up vegetables in the fridge that are almost past it. You can always reheat soup anytime and save it in the freezer for later. I love having soup piping hot with plenty of bread!

Three Things About Me

  1. I’m cat-obsessed and see myself being a crazy cat lady in the future.
  2. One of my ambitions is to travel the world. This summer my family planned to internal around Italy but unfortunately that’s not happening now.
  3. At the moment I’m behind with my Goodreads goal. That’s very unusual for me because I’m normally two books ahead of schedule!

Nominees

Anyone would like to do this tag is completely welcome to! If you are interested, here are the questions I would like you to answer:

  1. When did you begin your blog?
  2. What’s your favourite aspect of blogging?
  3. How many posts do you publish per week?
  4. What’s your favourite topic to write about?
  5. If you were a biscuit, what would you be?

My Favourite Post

Out of my most recents, I love “These Aren’t Your Regular Self-Care Tips”. It was very well-received by all of you!

Thank you so, so much for reading! I would love to hear your answers to my questions! Remember to tag me in the post if you do.

If you were a biscuit/cookie, which one would you be?

    • Hello Nour, long time no see! Hope you’re well. If you’re wanting to learn Spanish, I highly recommend using Duolingo.
Aww, my kitty is a cutie. I love her very much!
I think I’d be a ginger nut, or a custard cream.

  2. Wow, I loved your answers!!!! I also would love to travel the world someday and I also used to mainly eat ice cream in a cup, but now I tend to use a cone. I agree Spanish would be nice to know, because I am learning French, so Spanish would be my top choice and it is widely spoken!

    • Thank you very much, Arabella! It means the world to be that you’ve read my post. Hope you are well, and tat we can both travel the world someday! I was really excited for my plans in summer but sadly they aren’t going ahead. I suppose everything happens for a reason though. We’re both learning French then! I’m learning through Duolingo and I take it at school. For a while I did Spanish, and often confused the two languages. They are very similar.
Hope you’re well! Have a lovely evening x

  3. Congratulations!! Adorable cat and I totally see myself becoming a cat lady in the future too! I really like eating ice cream in a cone too- it just feels weird to me to eat it with a spoon from a cup.

    • Thank you so much! She is the cutest kitty, if not a bit stubborn 😂 Eating ice cream with a spoon seems alien to me, unless it’s straight from the tub. Thank you for your comment! Stay safe 💖

  4. Congrats on the well-deserved award! So funny you said about the ice-cream cone – I never used to eat those as a kid either. I used to get all the ice-cream, scoop out whatever remainder in the cone possible with whatever was left of the flake, and pass the cone on to whichever of my parents was nearest. The inconvenience of being out on my own eating one as an adult led me to have to eat it, and I’ve eaten them since too. Nom nom. xx
