I’m never comfortable being in crowds, but I tolerate them as much as I can. Being an INFJ, it’s exhausting being in one though, since I’m taking and absorbing everything around me. Every time is Overload!
My wife suffers from panic attacks, and it makes life so hard for her. Have you come across the 5-4-3-2-1 for grounding?

True. There were times I disable my comments because I had so much pain and I didn’t want anyone’s consolation. But looking from the other side now, it will be so good to say something especially when I love it
